All my adults are registered minis but occasionally they will have a pup that outgrows the AKC standard for minis.
Purchasing
100.00 deposit is required to hold a puppy. This is a non-refundable deposit, unless puppy health issues are a concern. Balance will be due before the actual flight if shipping is required. If paying by check it must clear the bank before the puppy is shipped. If picking the puppy up at my home balance is due at pick up. We do accept PayPal for deposits and payment. Please add 3% fee for PayPal
All puppies purchased have a 1 year guarantee against life threatening genetic diseases only, not illnesses. The Purchaser must take the puppy to a licensed Vet within 3 days of purchase for any contract to be valid. A statement from a vet must be provided and it must be brought to my attention within 3 days of the vet visit. This does not include any illnesses a puppy may get during stress from travel or daily life. A refund will be provided or replacement of the puppy when original puppy purchased is returned to me. We do not cover any vet bills incurred due to the illness. (See Contract Below)
All Puppies are Limited AKC or unregistered unless otherwise discussed.
We have happy healthy puppies that will be a very important part of your family. We expect that this is a commitment on your part for the life of the pet you purchase, if there should be problems in the future that you cannot keep that pet, PLEASE contact us first and we will take the pet back and find a home for it. Please spay or neuter your pet !!!
Shipping
We normally ship Continental Airlines , they have climate controlled cargo which makes it easier on the pet if the weather is hot or cold. They do not charge any more than any other airline. Shipping of a puppies is 250.00 - 300.00. This also will include the shipping crate and health certificate from my vet. Registration papers will be sent with the puppy. All puppies will have all their shots and wormings in accordance to their age at the time of departure. Please make sure the crate is not dented or damaged when you receive your puppy, this means something happened after I left the puppy, they are responsible if you bring it to their attention immediately. I send all puppies in brand new crates so damage will be obvious. I expect a phone call or email also when you receive your puppy so I can quit pacing and sleep that night!

There is no guarantee on adult weight of puppies. All adults are registered minis.
Every effort has been taken to ensure that the puppy/dog you are purchasing is healthy and happy. Seller is not responsible for illness after leaving the premises. Puppy is guaranteed for one year from date of purchase against life threatening "fatal" genetic diseases. See details below.
Vaccinations and wormings are current as of the day of purchase. (See shot record)
Buyer has 72 hours to have the puppy vet checked.
The purchaser will be responsible for all veterinarian maintenance and boarding expenses necessary to keep the puppy in good health or to recover from an illness or injury. Maintenance also includes shots and wormings or contract is void. We strongly recommend spaying /neutering your puppy.
The purchaser should notify seller of any problems immediately. Within 24 hours. If not contract is void.
Never give the puppy cows milk or cat food.
Seller will give appropriate registration papers at time of sale if possible, if not they will be mailed. AKC registration is limited unless otherwise discussed.
Seller will replace or refund purchase price of puppy if diagnosed with a life threatening genetic disease, but will not be responsible for veterinary costs incurred. A licensed Veterinarian statement must be provided. Puppy must be returned to the seller or euthanized. Proof of all veterinary maintenance prior to diagnosis must be provided or contract is void.
Seller will not honor contract if puppy changes hands from original purchaser.
No refunds will be given for a puppy returned for personal reasons such as inability to train the puppy or take care of the puppy, but will gladly take the puppy back and resell it to compensate you, minus advertising and vet costs prior to resale. If puppy does not resell within 30 days it will be rescued and all reimbursements will be forfeited by the purchaser.
